Owner and operator

City Time Box is owned and operated by By Jensen Group, Nikolaou Leonidou 6, 8220 Chloraka, Cyprus.

Company registration number: pending issuance. It will be published here when received. Any applicable company and tax details will be confirmed before live payments are opened.

The service and contract

City Time Box creates personalised, AI-assisted historical portraits and videos from customer-supplied material. Each production enters human intake and quality review. Results are creative reconstructions and are not authentic footage or historical proof.

Your order is an offer to buy the selected service. A contract is formed only after successful payment and our human acceptance of the order. If we cannot accept it, we will not begin production and will arrange the appropriate payment cancellation or refund.

Your photograph and instructions

You confirm that you own the photograph or have permission to use it, and that your submission does not unlawfully violate another person’s rights. You grant the service a limited licence to process the material only as necessary to review, create, deliver and support your order.

Prices and payment

The selected product and total price are shown before checkout and confirmed on Stripe’s secure payment page. Stripe processes enabled payment methods; City Time Box does not store full card details. Any applicable taxes or charges included in the total will be shown before payment.

Production and withdrawal

Consumers in the EU generally have a 14-day right to withdraw from a distance contract. Because this is a personalised service, production during that period begins only after you expressly ask us to start. If you withdraw after work has started, you may have to pay a proportionate amount for work already performed. If the service is fully performed during the withdrawal period, the right to withdraw may be lost only after the legally required prior consent and acknowledgement.

Where delivery is treated as digital content not supplied on a physical medium, immediate access begins only after your express consent and acknowledgement that the withdrawal right may be lost once performance begins. These terms do not remove any mandatory right that applies to you.

You can use the model cancellation form, the support form, or another clear statement to notify us. Please include your order reference when available.

Delivery, compatibility and quality

The order page identifies whether you selected a digital image or 15-second digital video. Finished files are intended for ordinary modern image or video software on current phones and computers; exact format and any special compatibility requirement will be confirmed before checkout opens. During busy periods, customers should allow up to 48 hours for delivery by email after payment and acceptance. This is an estimated service window rather than a guaranteed deadline unless checkout expressly states otherwise. Delivery links may be time-limited, so save your personal copy promptly.

If submitted material is unsuitable or the request cannot be safely produced, we may pause the order and contact you. AI results can contain differences or artefacts; reasonable corrections are handled according to the offer shown at purchase. For a quality problem, complaint or refund request, use the support form.

Personal use

Your finished portrait or video is licensed for personal, non-commercial use. You must not use it unlawfully, misleadingly or to impersonate, harass or exploit another person. Once you have lawfully downloaded the file, we do not impose a geographic viewing restriction.

Liability

We do not exclude or limit liability where doing so would be unlawful. Subject to mandatory consumer law, we are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was made or for business losses arising from a consumer order.

Law and complaints

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections available under the law of their country of residence. Please contact us first through the support form so we can try to resolve the matter.

Consumers in Cyprus can find the official complaint route at the Cyprus Consumer Protection Service. For eligible cross-border disputes within the EU, the European Consumer Centre Cyprus explains the applicable route.
